How can I get the Prime Press catalogue?

You can always download our e-catalogue available on our website or receive a hard copy from your local distributor or any Prime Press representative.

Where can I buy your titles?

Our books are only sold to schools or book distributors worldwide.

If you are a school owner, principal, headmistress, or teacher, you need to contact your local distributor and they will be at your service.

If you are a book distributor and you would like to collaborate with Prime Press, please send an email to cs@primepress.com.

If you are parent or a student, you need to contact your school administration.

Do you provide training for teachers?

Yes, we do. We offer free training on all our books as well as in-service training courses for teachers. For further information, please contact us on info@primepress.com or contact your local distributor.

Placing an Order

I am a school representative. How can I order your books?

You can contact your local distributor or send an email to cs@primepress.com.

I am a parent/individual. How can I order your books?

We do not sell to parents or individuals. Our books are only sold directly to schools or book distributors.

When can I expect to receive the order I made?

Please contact your local distributor and they will provide you with the expected delivery dates.

When I buy a print/digital/online material, am I allowed to make copies?

Prime Press materials are subject to copyrights. No part of any publication can be reproduced, stored in retrieval system, or transmitted, in any form or any means, without a prior permission in writing of Prime Press Publishing, or as expressly permitted by law, by license, or under terms agreed with the appropriate reprographics rights organization. Enquiries concerning reproduction outside the scope of the above should be sent to cs@primepress.com.

When I buy one of your books in print, am I allowed to photocopy pages for my students?

How can I pay for my order?

Payment terms are agreed upon once a deal is made between the local distributor and the school, or between the book distributor and Prime Press.

Technical Information

Returns and Refunds (for Book Distributors)

What is Prime Press’ return policy?

For book distributors, the return policy is agreed upon and written in the contract.

For schools’ return policy, please contact your local distributor.

I got wrong items in my shipment. What can I do?

Prime Press will be happy to replace your order.

What can I do if something I ordered is missing?

Please send any missing items with the PO number to our customer service team and we will ship them immediately.

What can I do if something I ordered is defective?

Any defective items will be replaced by Prime Press after sending the necessary pictures. Defective products due to shipping are not replaced.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled as long as they are not shipped. Once the orders are shipped and the AWB is issued, cancellation is not accepted.
